’ is in a celebratory mood as the show has recently crossed 150 episodes. The love story of

Charu

and Arya has glued the audience to the television screen. Actors Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh and Debchandrima Singha are playing the lead characters in the show. It scored well on the TRP charts as well since its launch. From the star cast to the narrative, ‘Sanjher Baati’ has a number of USPs that seem to be working in favour of the show.

Debchandrima is elated by their achievement. She said, “I have played many characters but Charu is really special. I am receiving a lot of positive feedback for the character. Now we have crossed 150 episodes too. I am glad that the viewers are enjoying it.”

Talking about her colleagues and the bonding they share, Debchandrima said, “We are like a family and I am blessed to have them as my team members. I am quite talkative and have lots of fun on the shooting sets. Once the camera is off, I go back to Debchandrima mode. Sometimes our director has to remind me to behave like Charu, who is very calm, composed and hardly speaks,” she laughed out loud.

The actress shares a passionate on-screen chemistry with Rezwan aka Arya. Rezwan is playing the role of a visually challenged guy. Arya loses his eyesight after meeting with an accident while playing with his younger brother. But he continues pursuing his passion towards photography and other outdoor sports even after losing the eyesight.
