‘Didi No. 1’, which is currently airing its 9th season, continues to be one of the most popular Bengali non -fiction shows, with a long list of admirers. The show successfully crossed 500 episodes of its current season and makers aren’t shying away from bringing more fun factor to the show. ‘Didi No. 1’has some special episodes in store for the audience. From inviting celebrities as participants, to introducing interesting rounds to the game, makers aren’t shying away from adding more entertainment quotient to the show that has been successfully running for 13 years.

This week, Didi No. 1 is airing some special episodes to woo the viewers. In the latest episode, the game show welcomed four very popular celebrities. Singers Aditi Munshi, Anwesshha along with actresses Alivia Sarkar and Tania Kar graced the show as participants. It appears, the makers have more surprises in store too.


‘Didi No. 1’ will air special episodes where host Rachna will welcome some interesting jodis to play the game. Viewers will see saas-bahu jodis having an ultimate battle to win the coveted title.


Although the show has welcomed ‘Shashuri and Bouma’ pairs as contestants prior to this, there will be a spin in the tale. Besides them, the show will welcome participant didis and their house helps, who are the backbone of their families, mom-daughter duos and women from those families whose family has the rich legacy of hosting pujas through generations.

There is no doubt that Didi No. 1 certainly has a full platter of entertainment in store for the viewers with exciting line-ups. It will be interesting to see how the special episodes help Didi No. in terms of TRPs.
