‘Nirontor’, which marks as the directional debut of
Chandrashish Ray, is set for its World Television Premiere this weekend. The film starring none other than Bumba Da aka
Prosenjit Chatterjee will premiere on June 28. The star cast includes Satyam Bhattacharya, Ankita Majhi, Ekavali Khanna, Animesh Bhaduri, Poonam Gurung, Pranay Narayan and others.
The film has been beautifully shot by
Somik Haldar
while the music was composed by
Avijit Kundu
. Tanmoy Chakroborty is the art director.
Interestingly, under the current situation amid
coronavirus outbreak, the filmmakers are preferring a release on OTT platforms. ‘Nirontor’, produced by Prosejit’s production house, opted for a television screening.

Away from the usual hustle-bustle of the city and in the absence of mobile connectivity, they slowly start bonding. They start speaking about their lives which take them to through the ways of self-realisation.
