Phagun Bou: Roddur to buy new troubles?

’ has always managed to entertain the audience with its frequent dosage of twist and turns. The daily soap has Oindrila Sen, Vikram Chatterjee and Koushik Roy in prominent characters. The show, which started with the twist of a love triangle involving the Roddur (played by Vikram), Mohul (played by Roddur) and Anurup (played Koushik), introduces new twists almost every week. In fact, the protagonist Mohul got married to Roddur following a twist.

Now keeping the IPL season in mind, wherein the daily serials don’t score comparatively well on the TRP charts, ‘Phagun Bou’, is ready with a new twist.

Actress Ankita Chakraborty entered the show. She is playing the character Brishtilekha. The storyline is presently revolving around Brishtilekha and her crisis.

According to the track, Brishtilekha, who once forcibly married Anurup to materialize her plan, finally falls in love with him. Casanova Anurup too falls for her. But the police is after Brishtilekha as she is involved with some terrorist activities. To save his ladylove, Anurup decides to elope before she gets caught.

Doting brother Roddur decides to help the couple to relocate. Following another twist in a recent episode, Roddur keeps his promise and saves Brishtilekha from the police. Then comes another round of twist and Brishtilekha declares that she is pregnant.

Interestingly, Roddur didn’t inform Mohul about his plan to relocate Anurup and Brishtilekha.

In the upcoming episode, the serial will show another brand new twist. Following which police will again come to the Ghosh household enquiring about Brishtilekha. The entire family will be at shock, learning the real identity of Brishtilekha.

Meanwhile, Roddur will help Anurup and Brishtilekha to run away. This will land Roddur in trouble as the police will start searching for him too. On the other hand, Mohul will misunderstand him for not informing anything about Brishtilekha.

In the recent week, the show didn’t score well on the TRP charts. It will be interesting to watch how the new twist works in terms of TRPs.
