Neem Phooler Madhu: Parna calls Srijan her brother!

‘Neem Phooler Madhu’ is currently essaying a new chapter in Parna’s (female protagonist) life. As per the current track of the popular Bengali television show, after meeting with an unforeseen accident, Parna has lost her memory. According to the doctor, Parna has lost the memories of the last ten years of her life. Due to this memory loss, Parna does not remember her married life with her husband Srijan, daughter Sriparna, and with her in-laws.After hatching a plan with Srijan, Piklu convinces Parna to come to Srijan’s house. Parna, who is unaware of her life before the accident, immerses herself in work. After spending a few days in the Dutta Bari, Parna has a tiff with her mother-in-law Krishna. Sriparna (Parna’s daughter) brings food and keeps that on a table where Parna was working on her laptop. Parna cleans the table afterward and moves to another area. Krishna, Parna’s mother-in-law, complains that Parna is making a mess out of the whole house. Parna disagrees and they have a fallout. Parna then decides to clean the whole Dutta Bari and gathers people to do so. Witnessing this rebellious side of Parna once again, Srijan is convinced that she will get her memory back in no time. But there is more in store!

Parna engages in a conversation with Srijan, whom she does not remember as her husband. Hence, Parna ends up calling him ‘Srijan Da’. Srijan is shocked to hear that from Parna and faints out. How will Srijan deal with the current situation now?

‘Neem Phooler Madhu’ is one of the most talked-about serials on Bengali television. Actress Pallavi Sharma plays the character of Parna on the show, and Rubel Das essays the character of Srijan. The romantic drama is based on the backdrop of an arranged marriage. Alokparna, known as Parna, gets married to Srijan who lives in a joint family. Because of their differences in nature, Parna finds it difficult to adjust to her in-law’s house. Moreover, she doesn’t get along well with her mother-in-law either. Despite the stark differences in their nature, Parna and Srijan make an effort and find companionship and fall in love with each other. ‘Neem Phooler Madhu’ took a leap of five years adding Parna and Srijan’s daughter Sriparna to the storyline.
