and Suman Dey in the lead characters, has kept the audience glued to the TV screen with its frequent twists and intense drama. The popular Bengali serial has recently crossed 250 episodes. The cast and crew are all excited about the achievement.

Suman, who is playing the male lead said, “It is a collective success. I’m getting a good response from the viewers and grateful to them for love and support.” Suman as Dr. Joshojit is quite convincing. The actor shares sizzling chemistry with Manali, who is also known for her acting chops.

The storyline revolves around a girl Shabnam, who is quite rebellious by nature. She pursues her study much against her father’s will and becomes a doctor. Destiny brings Shabnam and Joshojit together but their love story faces many acid tests. But Joshojit is forced to marry Rohini (played by Sneha). The triangular love story takes a roller coaster ride before Shabnam and Joshojit get married. But the path isn’t a bed of roses for the love birds.
