Mohor actor Pratik Sen hospitalised

Bengali actor Pratik Sen, who is playing the lead role in the popular show ‘Mohor’, starring Sona Moni Saha in the titular role, isn’t keeping well. He is suffering from blood pressure related issues. Pratik was immediately rushed to a private hospital and provided necessary treatment.

Pratik was immediately rushed to a private hospital and provided necessary treatment. He is stable but needs bed rest according to the hospital sources.
Owing to this, Pratik is unable to attend the shoot.
The producers have extended all sorts of help to the actor.
Pratik is a popular actor. He has been a part of a few Bengali films too. Pratik’s performance in ‘Chol Kuntal’ earned him applause. On the small screen front, he was previously seen playing the lead in Trina Saha starrer show ‘Khokababu’.
His current TV project serial ‘Mohor’, which recently completed one year of its journey, is quite popular. It enjoys a good fan base thanks to the storyline and the crackling chemistry between Shankhadeep (Pratik) and Mohor (Sona Moni). The show is scoring consistently well on the TRP charts. The success of the show has prompted the makers to launch a remake. Soon Kannada show ‘Sarasu’, which is the official remake of ‘Mohor’, will be launched. It will star some leading Kannada actors in prominent roles.
