, Khokabau, Bikele Bhorer Phul, Tekka Raja Badshah and Titli, said, “I play Amrita in Alta Phoring. And I am loving to play a negative shade for the first time in my career. To get into a character that is not very different from me in real life me is not easy at all. Till date, all the characters I have played were relatable to me in some way or the other but Amrita is far from reality. Each day, on the shooting floors, after I get the script, I turn into a different person. The director is also helping me to get into the character. I must admit that as an actress, it is rather satisfying to play a negative shade but it is quite difficult too,” said Misthi.

, said, “I get a lot of offers from films but because of my contract with the production houses, I can’t take up those offers. But as an actor I prefer to act in serials than films as one gets to face the camera every day when an actor is part of a mega serial,” said the actress.
