Madhubani Goswami turns a year older

Popular Bengali actress Madhubani Goswami has turned a year older today (August 25). From a special birthday cake to lip-smacking dishes, her hubby Raja didn’t miss any chance to make the birthday girl feel special. The actress has received many gifts from her family and friends. Madhubani’s friends from the entertainment industry have wished her too.Her phone kept ringing as birthday wishes from various quarters poured in.
Madhubani became a teen sensation with the romantic-drama ‘Bhalobasa.com’, which also featured her husband Raja. The show was an instant hit. A cute story and a fresh cast featuring young artists like Ananya Biswas, Arindya Banerjee, Raja, Madhubani and others, helped the show gain a huge popularity. The show also featured seasoned actors like Kushal Chakraborty, Churni Ganguly, June Malia and others. Madhubani played 'Tora' while Raja played 'Om’. Their jodi was so hit that even after all these years, the audience still refer to them as 'Om and Tora'.
Raja and Madhubani’s love story also blossomed on the set of ‘Bhalobasa.com’. While shooting, they became good friends and gradually fell in love, too. After taking due permission from their respective families, they got hitched.
