Actor Ambarish Bhattacharya has a reason to celebrate. After sharing the screen with Big B Amitabh Bachchan for the second time in an ad commercial, Ambarish is going to do a movie starring veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty. Ambarish will be seen essaying the role of Mithun Chakraborty’s son-in-law in a movie which also stars Dev. Interestingly, actress Koneenica Banerjee, who is currently essaying the female lead in ‘Aay Tobe Sohochori’ will also be seen in the same project. Ambarish and Koneenica will be paired opposite each other.

Known for his natural acting skill and perfect comic timing, Ambarish became a household name by playing one of the lead characters in comedy-drama ‘Raja Goja’ which also featured actor Sourav Chakraborty. The television show was hugely popular. Later, Ambarish was seen in a few other television projects. The busy bee, who is striking a fine balance between his TV shows, movie and other ad commercials, has two daily soaps in his kitty. He is playing meaty roles in ‘Khorkuto’ and ‘Guddi’. Both the shows are popular but his reel character Potka in the comedy-drama ‘Khorkuto’ enjoys a huge fan following. Ambarish is playing a happy go lucky man named Potka, who is male protagonist Soujanya’s uncle. Potka is always ahead, when it comes to having fun and never shies away from living life to the fullest. Ambarish is every bit convincing as Potka and he earned praises for his performance in the show.
