The current season seems to be a visual treat for telly viewers. A number of new Bengali shows have been launched in the past one month while a few are set to premiere soon. Leading Bengali channels are at loggerhead to woo the audience with their new offerings and lead the TRP charts.
Keeping the trend alive, a popular Bengali television channel is set to launch a new dubbed show. Hindi daily soap ‘
Thapki Pyar Ki
’ will soon have its dubbed version in Bengali. The title of the Bengali verison is ‘Adorer Chowa’.
The original version in Hindi was launched in 2015 and successfully ran for two years. The show featured Jigyasa Singh and
Manish Goplani
as the protagonist duo.
The show traces the journey of a girl named Vani who continues her journey with full of hope and aspiration. Vaani is full of life. She is aware of her strengths and confident that she will be able to face the world, drawing force from her conviction and self-assurance.
Vaani has stammering issues but she chooses to move forward unperturbed notwithstanding the challenges that life throws at her in every conversation. The name Vaani was christened by her parents and the name only heightens the irony in her life. The show features Jigyasa (as Vaani), Manish (Bihaan), Pratiksha Lonkar as Poonam (Vaani’s mother) and
Shakti Singh as Krishnakanth (Vaani’s father) and other popular actors in prominent roles.
Besides this,
Ekta Kapoor’s ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ is also going to be dubbed in Bengali. The dubbed version ‘Shapath Bhalobasar’ will be aired on the same television channel.
Yet another TV channel is going to launch Tumpa Paul starrer ‘Rimli’. Soon
Raj Chakraborty’s ‘Fyalna’ will be launched on another rival Bengali channel.
Jeetu Kamal and Sampurnaa Mandal starrer ‘Hoyto Tomari Jonno’ will premiere in February.
