“It was a much-needed outing for team Sona Roder Gaan” says actress Payel De

Long hours of shoot and hectic schedule often bring the artists closer. Unit members slowly become a big fat happy family rather than being just colleagues. They party together, enjoy outings, and gradually become a part of each other’s family too. And that’s what happened with team ‘Sona Roder Gaan’ too. They had a gala time together yesterday (May 1) away from the hustle-bustle of the city.
The artists of the show along with their family members went on a day out. Rishi Kaushik, his wife Debjani, Shoumo Banerjee, Payel De, and others enjoyed some memorable moments together. “It was a much-needed outing for team Sona Roder Gaan. We have been planning this trip for one month but couldn’t fix a time because of a busy schedule. Finally, we decided to fix the plan for May 1, which is a national holiday. We, the artists, along with our D.O.P and makeup artist went to Falta. It was a great time and we all had fun,” says actress Payel, who is all excited while speaking about her experience yesterday.
Good company, long adda and mouth-watering food made the event more special. The team enjoyed a fun time inside the swimming pool. The family members of some artists accompanied team ‘Sona Roder Gaan’. “I couldn’t take Merak with me because of the scorching heat. I missed him a lot. Arnab Da’s family was with us. I bonded with Debjani Di whom I knew for quite some time but met for the first time. We had a really good time together and looking forward to such outings even more,” shares Payel.
The show stars Payel and Rishi Kaushik as the reel jodi. Actor Shoumo is playing a prominent role that has grey shades. The story is written by Leena Gangopadhyay.
