"I missed television," says actress Alivia Sarkar

Actress Alivia Sarkar, who was missing from the small screen, is set to make a comeback soon. The actress will be seen playing a prominent character in a popular period-drama.
When asked, Alivia said, “Yes, I will soon be seen on television. I missed television and can’t wait to be back. It is a period-drama and I liked the character when the makers narrated the script.”
The actress kept other details under the wrap.Impressed by her recent performances, the makers are keen on having her in the period-drama.
Debadrita Basu and Dibyojyoti Dutta starrer 'Joyee' was Alivia’s last show on television. Alivia played a negative character.
The actress took a break from the small screen as she wanted to explore herself as an actress. She did a number of web-based projects and essayed characters with different shades. “After a long time I will be seen on television. I took a break from TV serials and wanted to explore myself as an actor. Being an artist, it is important to keep experimenting. Thankfully, in the past one and half years, I had the opportunity to play different characters. But as far as this upcoming TV project is concerned, I am looking forward to it.” said the actress.
