‘Ek Je Chilo Raja’ is ready for its World TV Premiere

Movie director Srijit Mujherjee’s ‘Ek Je Chilo Raja’ is all set to have its World Television Premiere. The critically acclaimed movie, which is inspired by ‘Bawal Sanyasi’ case, is based on Partha Chatterjee’s ‘A Princely Imposter’.

The film stars Jisshu Sengupta in its titular role. The cast includes a number of powerful actors including Jaya Ahsan, Aparna Sen, Rudranil Ghosh, Anjan Dutta, Anirban Bhattacharya and Tanushree Chakraborty. It will be aired this weekend.

Popular actor and music reality show ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ host Jisshu was widely praised for portraying the character.
