Diya Mukherjee gets nostalgic about her show 'Seemarekha'

Actress Diya Mukherjee aka Bindi is majorly missing her shoot life. Utilizing the free time amid lockdown, the actress took a trip down the memory lane and revisited the memories associated with her show 'Seemarekha'. Though Diya has been a part of many shows, 'Seemarekha' made her a household name. Her on-screen character Bindi was hugely popular among the viewers.Bindi's innocence, honesty and typical accent managed to strike a chord with the audience.
The actress, who is a part of the TV show 'Netaji', still considers 'Seemarekha' to be quite close to her heart. Diya has many beautiful memories associated with this show which also starred actress Indrani Halder in a dual role. Television actor Abhishek Bose was paired opposite Diya and their on-screen chemistry was an instant hit. The duo met on the sets and eventually came closer. Currently, they are one of the most popular jodis of the entertainment industry.
On the career front, Diya played the lead in the supernatural show 'Nojor' right after 'Seemarekha' concluded its journey on television. 'Nojor' was the Bengali version of the Hindi show 'Nazar' starring Monalisa and others in pivotal roles. Currently, Diya is playing a pivotal role in 'Netaji' which also stars Abhishek.
