‘Sarbojaya’, which narrates the story of a simple housewife and her sacrifice for the family, seems to have struck a chord with the audience. Deboshree’s performance, her chemistry with actor
Kushal Chakraborty and frequent tweaks in the storyline have worked in favour of the show it seems. 'Sarbojaya' recently featured a special sequence where Deboshree and her reel daughter
Sanghamitra Talukder
were seen setting the stage ablaze with their perfect dance moves. The episode was a visual treat for the audience.
Interestingly, ‘Khorkuto’ is back in the top five club after quite some time. High-voltage drama at the Mukherjee household, caused by Gungun’s obsessive behaviour towards Mishti’s baby and other incidents managed to grab the attention of the audience. ‘Khorkuto’ is in fourth spot this time.
Fifth spot is under the possession of two Bengali daily soaps. ‘

’ and ‘Dhulokona’ have jointly secured the spot on TRP charts. While
Sweta Bhattacharya
and Rubel Das starrer ‘Jamuna Dhaki’ consistently scores well, this is the first time, ‘Dhulokona’ managed a spot on the top 5 list. The show was recently launched and has an ensemble cast.
