Dance Bangla Dance judge Subhashree Ganguly shuts trolls who body-shamed her for postpartum weight gain; says ‘Society doesn’t define your beauty’

Bengali film actress Subhashree Ganguly, who is currently having a new inning on reality television, has reportedly been body-shamed on social media. Subhashree was reportedly trolled for postpartum weight gain.

was born. She has always been vocal about the physiological changes after pregnancy. In the meanwhile, the actress has been balancing her professional career and personal life successfully. She has been working hard to get into shape. She follows a strict workout regime as well.

Recently, during a question and answer session, a user made some remarks on Subhashree’s weight gain and asked her costume designer to suggest the actress about shedding the extra weight. Subhashree’s costume designer and stylist came forward in her support and explained the post-pregnancy physiological changes including weight gain and among other issues. Subhashree shared the post.


Subhashree also decided to give slam the trolls but in a different way. On her social media handle, Subhashree shared a recent photo, which oozes confidence and elegance. She captioned it – ‘’You define beauty yourself..Society doesn’t define your beauty’.
