Daily soap ‘Tunte’ set for a big twist

Television serial ‘Tunte’, which features actors Syed Arefin and Dipanwita Rakshit as the lead jodi, has kept the viewers hooked to the screen with its major drama. While the show has a strong star cast, the makers are adding back-to-back twists in the tale.
Viewers have already seen how Tunte finds out that Abhishek is hiding a shocking truth. Although he pretends to be wheel-chair bound, he can actually stand.She also discovers that Abhishek has a rather cruel side which he successfully hides from others. He is related to the case where a female house help goes missing from Lahiri mansion. Tunte, who is also working at the same household, tries to uncover the truth and faces the wrath of Soumili. Through a series of sudden damage control events, male protagonists Rangan and Tunte misunderstand each other. The former eventually starts disliking her.
Now, the makers have decided to spice up the drama quotient in ‘Tunte’. The story is set to dish out some major drama with its new twist, where destiny plays its cards and the duo is forced to get married.
When Rangan arrives at Lahiri household as his newlywed wife, most of the family members go against them. This makes things more complex for Tunte, whom the family members treat as their house help.
How she manages the situation and what’s stored for the new bahu, makes the major crux of the story.
In the show, Dipanwita plays Tunte, while Abhishek essays Rangan’s character. Abhishek’s character is played by actor Rajiv Bose. Besides them, the show also features Rupsa Chatterjee, Maitreyee Mitra, Anannya Guha and others.
