’ is in a celebratory mood as the show has successfully completed one year.
‘Guriya Jekhane Guddu Sekhane’ featured many twists and turns but it enjoys viewership due to a strong cast which includes
Jeetu Kamal, Pratyusha Paul, Bhaskar Banerjee and child artist
Krittika Chakraborty
among others.
‘Guriya Jekhane Guddu Sekhane’ started with the story of two little kids, Guddu (Abhirup Sen) and Guriya (Pritha) who stay in an orphanage.
Their camaraderie made the viewers emotional. Later, the show featured a few years of leap into the future following which, little Guriya and Guddu grew up. Pratyusha and
Arya Dasgupta were seen playing Guriya aka
Rikhiya
and Guddu aka Rocky respectively. Then the story again took a new turn, and Rikhiya got married to
Sukumar (played by Jeetu).
Interestingly, after Jeetu’s entry, the show started scoring better on the TRP charts, reports suggest. Jeetu and Pratyusha look good as an on-screen pair. They share sizzling chemistry too. Little Krittika, who is playing Jeetu’s daughter Phuljhuri is certainly one of the reasons behind the show’s success.
