Dadagiri Unlimited Season 9 to pay tribute to legendary singers Lata Mangeshkar and Sandhya Mukhopadhyay

Popular non-fiction show ‘Dadagiri Unlimited Season 9’, hosted by ace cricketer and BCCI president Sourav Ganguly, is going to air a special episode this weekend. The show will pay a tribute to legendary singers Lata Mangeshkar and Sandhya Mukhopadhyay, whom we lost recently.
The special episode will feature some of the most eminent singers of Bengal. The special guests will perform evergreen songs of Lata Mangeshkar and Sandhya Mukhopadhyay.
The upcoming episode will take the audience on a nostalgic trip.It was recently shot on the sets of ‘Dadagiri Unlimited’. The guests turned emotional while speaking about the legendary singers whose contribution towards the music industry is beyond expression. Veteran singer Haimanti Shukla turned emotional while singing some of the most popular songs of Sandhya Mukhopadhyay and shared that she worshiped the late singer like Devi Saraswati. Haimanti’s eyes turned moist when she shared that she spoke with the late singer a few days back prior to her demise. She also highlighted that Sandhya Mukhopadhyay was extremely down to earth and used to share priceless advice. Singer Srabani Sen too went nostalgic while speaking about the legendary singers. Other guests also shared their experinece.
Host Sourav took a walk down the memory lane and shared his childhood memories associated with the soulful songs by the legendary singers. He shared, these songs will remain evergreen in the hearts of numerous audiences. The upcoming episode will be a musical treat for the Bengali audience for sure.
