Cookery show ‘Rannaghar’ completes 15 years

Popular cookery show ‘Rannaghar’, hosted by Sudipta Chatterjee, has completed 15 years of journey on Bengali television. The show, which welcomes both celebrity and commoners as guest chefs, is set to celebrate the milestone. Starting from today, this entire week, ‘Rannaghar’ will air special episodes. Right from traditional Bengali cuisine to summer special snacks, this week, the viewers will get to see different recipes on the show.
Today, ‘Rannaghar’ will welcome two special guests.Actors Annwesha Hazra and Writwik Mukherjee will grace the show. Annwesha and Writwik are playing the lead roles in the recently launched show ‘Ei Poth Jodi Na Shesh Hoy’. The actors had a gala time during the shoot. From speaking about their new show to revealing their favourite food, Annwesha and Writwik enjoyed having an adda with host Sudipa.
The host, who is popular for her natural anchoring skill, will prepare some special dishes too.
Though Bengali TV has many cookery shows, ‘Rannaghar’ has managed to create a special place in the hearts of the audience. Thanks to the host Sudipa and the interesting format of the show, ‘Rannaghar’ enjoys a good viewership despite running for all these years.
