Senior artist Bhaswar Chatterjee needs no introduction. He has been a part of Bengali entertainment industry for a long time and is known for his natural acting skills. Bhaswar, whose recently published book is getting positive reviews, has yet another feather in his cap. The actor, who was earlier seen in Bollywood movie ‘The Legend of Bhagat Singh’, made his debut in Hindi OTT as well. The actor played a meaty role in a Santanu Maheshwari, Tania, Revati starrer recently released series. Bhaswar plays the role of a cop in the OTT project.
Congratulatory messages have been pouring in for the actor who has been striking a fine balance between his small-screen projects, web series, movie and other commitments. He has been a busy bee these days, with back-to-back meaty projects to his credit.
Bhaswar is playing a prominent role in Raj Chakraborty produced TV show ‘Godhuli Alap’, which features him playing a character with multiple shades.
The actor, who has been a part of movies like ‘Ballygunge Court’, ‘Bhooter Bhobishyot’, ‘Abby Sen’ and many others, is a part of the recently released Byomkesh series that features Anirban Bhattacharjee playing the Satyanweshi. Bhaswar is playing Ajit, Byomkesh Bakshi’s companion and confidante. He replaced Suprobhat Das, who played the role in the previous season (actor Subrat Dutt played the character in the first few seasons prior to Suprobhat). Bhaswar’s performance as Ajit, has managed to catch the attention of the audience. Prior to this, Bhaswar played an important role in Raima Sen and Vikram Chatterjee starrer web series ‘Rokto Korobi’ too.
