Well, there is yet another good news for all the fans of ‘Mohor’. As we have earlier reported, the success of ‘Mohor’ has prompted its remake in Kannada. The Kannada remake of ‘Mohor’ is named as ‘Sarasu’.

It stars

Sona Moni Saha

in the titular role. She is essaying a determined girl who wants to pursue her higher education. She faces stiff opposition from her parents, especially dad who wants her to get married. Mohor runs away before her wedding and enrols herself in a college. Actor Pratik Sen is playing Shankhadeep’s character. The chemistry between Mohor and Shankhadeep has been enjoyed by the viewers.

Model and actress Sona Moni made her television debut with ‘Debi Choudhurani’. Her past project was popular too. Pratik, on the other hand, was seen playing the titular role in ‘Khoka Babu’. Both the actors enjoy a good fanbase as a reel jodi.
