Bengali TV actress Mimi Dutta turns a year older

Popular Bengali television actress Mimi Dutta has turned a year older today (September 13). The actress is presently seen in the popular family-drama ‘Joyee’. The entire cast and crew of her serial have wished her on her birthday.
Mimi is a trained dancer and has done a number of television serials including ‘Bhutu’ and ‘Gopal Bhar’.
Her character in the serial ‘Bhutu’ was widely appreciated by the viewers.Her emotional bonding with Bhutu aka Arshiya Mukherjee, stole the hearts of the audience. Seeing the success of this Bengali television serial, a Hindi remake has also been done. Arshiya is playing the title role in this serial too.
Recently, Mimi also made a brief appearance in the serial ‘Saat Bhai Champa’.
The actress started her career when she was only 3 years old. She made her debut with director Anjan Chowdhury’s film ‘Gunda’. Later, she did a number of commercial films as a child artist.
