Popular Bengali television actress Sarmistha Acharjee is busy these days. The actress is following a strict workout plan to prepare herself for the upcoming serial ‘Mukhoser Arale’, where she will be playing the role of an army officer. The actress said, “I am really excited for the role. I regularly hit the gym and work hard to train myself for the character. I am looking forward to it.”Sarmistha, already a gym freak, is training even harder for the character. The actress is elated to bag the role. She said, “The concept is quite unique. In Bengali television, no one has shown a female character as army personnel. But the story has a number of twists as well.” The actress is still in college and has been successfully juggling between her studies and small screen projects.Sarmistha is a popular face of the Bengali television. She has already done a number of television serials. The actress stole the hearts of the viewers with the popular serial ‘Rajlakshmi Kurukshetram’.She took a small break from the small screen and concentrated on movies.
