Actress Saoli Chattopadhyay, who is currently busy with the television project ‘Alta Phoring’, got married to boyfriend Pratik Dutta. It was an intimate ceremony, attended by family members, close friends of the couple, and artists of TV show ‘Alta Phoring’. The star-studded evening witnessed a number of popular celebrities from the Bengali entertainment industry including Tulika Basu, Arnab Banerjee, Misty Singh and many others. Actress Kheyali Mondal aka Phoring also attended the wedding.
The couple wanted to have a simple wedding ceremony instead of a lavish event. They first had a registry wedding followed by ‘Mala Bodol’ and ‘Sindoor Daan’ rituals. Saoli looked every bit gorgeous as a bride. Interestingly, she ditched the red Benarasi saree and went for a beautiful grey traditional saree with golden border. She teamed up with simple ornaments, kept make-up simple and allowed her charm to do all the wonders. Our Dulhe Raja, also twinned in grey traditional outfit. Saoli, who is equally eloquent on stage and has been a part of many theatre projects, has been dating Pratik for quite some time. Pratik is also a part of the same theatre group. He works in the Indian Postal department and is quite passionate about theatre. While working on a theatre project together, Saoli and Pratik met for the first time. They instantly hit it off and became friends and eventually love blossomed. Finally, the duo decided to take their relationship to the next level.
