Anurager Chhowa update: Sisters Sona-Rupa face a serious problem after fire breaks out

In the latest episode of Anurager Chhowa, Deepa somehow dodges Mishika, who was following her on the way to Bhubanpur. Deepa asks local people on the street whether they saw two kids but none recognizes Sona and Rupa. She spots a temple and prays to god. Some local people seek Surya’s help to save a woman named Malati, who just delivered a baby. Surya rushes to the hospital and asks a man to take care of the kids.The man, however, takes the money given by Surya and goes to buy alcohol.
Surya, who is unaware of all these, is busy in his duty. He treats the new mom who is in a critical state. By the time he wants to go home, massive rainfall starts. Surya worries about Sona and Rupa, who are home alone. But he is informed by the villagers that the roads are blocked because of heavy rain, moreover, there’s a boat accident too. Meanwhile, the nurse informs Surya that Malati’s blood pressure is fluctuating. Surya asks Shyamal to contact Sister Margaret and inform her about Sona-Rupa. Then, he again rushes to treat the patient.
Sona and Rupa are at home, the weather is bad and there is a power outage too. The kids feel hungry. Rupa, who saw her mother cooking, tries to prepare food. But while cutting the vegetables, she accidentally injures herself. Sona rushes to her help and treats her wounds. She suggests Sona have biscuits instead but Rupa doesn’t want her sister to sleep without having proper meal. The kids decide to cook something. Rupa cooks while Sona gives her instructions. The kids decide to rest until the food is ready. Eventually, both of them fall asleep.
Surya wonders how to go home. Shyama promises to take him back. Meanwhile, Surya worries about Sona-Rupa’s safety. He also wonders what he should do if Deepa comes to meet them.
Sona and Rupa, who fell asleep, woke up realizing the room is full of fume. Rupa realizes that it’s because of the food they left in the oven with the gas on. She takes the candle with her. Accidentally, the candle drops and fire breaks out. Rupa tries her best to put it off.
On the other hand, Sister Margaret is on her way to meet the kids to check on them.
Deepa continuously prays to god for her daughter’s safety. The priest realizes her pain.
