Ankita Majumder Paul celebrates her birthday in Agra today

Popular television actress Ankita Majumder Paul turned a year older today. The actress, who got married a few months back, is celebrating her special day in Agra today. “It was always my dream to cut my birthday cake in front of the beautiful Taj Mahal and I have finally been able to do it this time. All thanks to my husband, Soumitra, who planned this surprise trip for me,” said the actress.
Ankita will also travel to Fatehpur Sikri after taking a tour of the Taj Mahal.Elaborating on her birthday plans, the actress shared, “As soon as we reached our hotel last evening, the hotel authorities decorated our room with flowers and balloons and laid out a yummy birthday cake on the table. This lovely surprise was planned by Soumitra!
This is the first time I am spending a birthday away from home and it will always be memorable.” The couple will also have a lavish dinner at a five-star property in Agra tonight. From Agra, Ankita and Soumitra will head to Jaipur tomorrow. On the work front, Ankita was last seen in the serial Bhoomikanya and will be soon be a part of a project directed by Arindam Chakraborty.
