Actress Shritama Mitra, who hogged the limelight after playing a prominent role in the television adaptation of ‘Pandav Goyenda’, recently felt unwell during the shoot of her current show. The young actress was busy with the shooting of Writwik Mukherjee and Arunima Halder starrer ‘Mon Dite Chai’, when she suddenly started feeling uneasy. The cast and crew of the show noticed it and rushed to help. The actress was taken to the hospital for further medical treatment. But she was released after a few medical tests. Shritama is doing fine now and resumed shooting as well. According to the sources, she was shooting under closed doors and might have fallen unwell because of the claustrophobic environment. The unit was having a busy shooting schedule as well which might also have taken a toll on Shritama’s health.
The actress is fit and fine now and shooting for her show in full swing. Shritama’s co-artists from the show are taking good care of the actress and also making sure that she has all sorts of comfort on the shooting sets.
Shritama, who is playing Doyel’s character in the recently launched television drama, was recently seen in a celebrity special episode of Rachna Banerjee-hosted non-fiction show ‘Didi No. 1’. She appeared on the game show along with her mom.
Prior to this, she played a negative role in Neel Bhattacharya and Shinjinee Chakraborty starrer ‘Uma’.
