Chatterjee, who was previously seen playing a cop in comedy-drama ‘Satyameva Jayati’, is all set to play the role once again. She has joined the cast of ‘
Ke Apon Ke Por
’ and is playing a police officer of a special crime branch.
She will play protagonist Joba’s old friend who will investigate her (Joba’s) murder. Well, along with Rupsa’s entry, Ke Apon Ke Por’s story is expecting some more drama in the story.
Rupsa will be seen on television after quite some time. The pretty actress is busier with her web-based projects and giving the small screen a miss. She is happy to be on television once again. She played an antagonist in the TV show ‘
Raadha’. She was also seen in
Oindrila Sen and
Vikram Chatterjee starrer ‘Phagun Bou’, fantasy-drama ‘
Arabya Rajani
’ and many other television shows.
Coming back to ‘Ke Apon Ke Por’, the makers are introducing twists after twists to hook the audience to the TV screen. In the recent episodes, protagonist Joba (played by
Pallavi Sharma) was killed by her arch-enemy Tandra. The show is inching towards a climax which will unveil the real side of baddie Tandra (played by Monalisa Paul) and her conspiracy to kill Joba. The show has been successfully running since 2016 and scores well on the TRP charts. With the introduction of new character in the story, the show is set to feature some more twists in the upcoming episodes it seems.
