Actress Rooqma Ray holidays in Arunachal Pradesh ahead of New Year

Bengali actress Rooqma Ray is a true blue travel enthusiast. While most of her friends from the telly industry are busy in shooting, the actress has managed to squeeze out some time and went on a trip to Arunachal Pradesh. It’s freezing cold in Arunachal Pradesh and the actress got the opportunity to witness snowfall. She is enjoying every bit of her holiday in Bomdila.From exploring new places to enjoying local delicacies, Rooqma is indeed having a good time.

The actress couldn’t go on a long trip earlier because of her professional commitments. Rooqma had to satisfy her wanderlust with a few quick trips in between. She loves mountains and couldn’t resist herself saying yes to the mountain calling this time.
She played prominent roles in ‘Desher Maati’ and ‘Khorkuto’. Although Rahul Arunoday Banerjee starrer ‘Desher Maati’ concluded its journey recently, the actress has been busy with the other show. Rooqma’s reel character Mampi in ‘Desher Maati’ was hugely popular among the audience.
Meanwhile, her teammates from TV show ‘Khorkuto’ are striking a balance between a hectic shoot schedule and enjoying the festive mood in the air as the year is going to end soon. Trina Saha, Koushik Roy, Raja Goswami, Sohini Sengupta, Sonal Mishra, Ambarish Bhattacharya, Chandan Sen and others are busy in shooting for the upcoming episodes of ‘Khorkuto’. Rooqma plays a negative role in the light-hearted comedy-drama which has an ensemble starcast. She essays the role of a girl named Tinni who is obsessed with male protagonist Soujanya (played by Koushik). Tinni presence spices up the story every time she makes an appearance in Soujanya-Gungun’s life.
