Popular Bengali actress Ranieeta Dash, who became a household name with ‘Ishti Kutum’ where she played the role of Bahamoni , has tested positive for COVID-19. The actress isn’t alone, her parents have also tested positive for the virus. They are stable and under home quarantine. Ranineeta is worried about her grandmothers who live with them. Though the actress has shared that neither her Didima nor Thakuma have any symptoms so far.
Ranieeta had mild fever and sore throat for the last few days. She immediately decided to undergo the tests. The medical reports suggested the actress and her parents have already contracted the virus. As soon as the test results came, she got in touch with the physician. Ranieeta and her parents are following the advice of the doctor.
Wishes for her speedy recovery have been pouring in.
In the past few days, the number of COVID-19 cases across the nation has become a serious concern. The picture isn’t different in West Bengal.
