Actress June Malia and hubby Sourav receive COVID-19 vaccine
From common people to celebrities, many Indian citizens have already received the COVID-19 vaccine. Actress June Malia is the latest one to join the list. June and her hubby Sourav have got the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. The actress and her hubby got the vaccine at a private hospital in Kolkata.
June, who is quite a busy bee, wanted to take the vaccine early but couldn’t manage time due to the election campaign. The actress-turned-politician is busy with her political career.
Rachna Banerjee as well as many other popular actors from the industry took vaccine.
June has been a part of many films, telefilms and TV shows. She is a part of the popular daily soap ‘Sanjher Baati’. It stars Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh and Debchandrima Singha Roy as the lead pair. June is playing a doting mom in the show. Her reel character Mallika is a strong and independent woman who successfully runs a business and takes care of her family too. Mallika handles Mallick sweets. Things change after her eldest son Arya meets with an accident and loses his eyesight. Arya tries to be independent and tries to continue his normal lifestyle. Mallika makes some tough choices when Arya decides to marry village belle Charu. ‘Sanjher Baati’ is quite popular among the audience. The show has been remade in Hindi as (Apke Nazron Ne Zamjha), Kannada (Akasha Deepa) and Tamil (as Raja Paarvai).
Prior to this, June was seen playing a negative role in ‘Resham Jhanpi’.
