‘Debi’, a brand new television show is set to launch soon and actor

The makers contacted a number of popular faces for the male lead but Vickey impressed them and bagged the project. The actor, who also has a movie starring
Srabanti Chatterjee to his credit, is all excited about his upcoming show. After ‘Jahaanara’, Vickey took a break and wasn’t seen in any show. He travelled to new places and concentrated on fitness in the meanwhile. Actress Nisha Poddar is paired opposite Vickey as the female lead. Nisha will play the role of a dutiful and courageous daughter. Her family faces a huge financial crisis following a twist. Debi vows to revive the old glory back and starts a new journey which isn’t easy. Prior to this, Nisha was seen in a number of television shows including ‘
Prothoma Kadambini
’, ‘Hoyto Tomari Jonno’. ‘Debi’ will be her first major break.
Speaking about 'Debi’, the show will feature a number of popular actors in prominent roles. Vickey, Nisha along with other actors have already started shooting. ‘Debi’ will be produced by a leading production house which has produced ‘Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay’ and ‘
Bhagyalokkhi
’ earlier.
