Samrat Mukherji
, one of the most popular actors of Bengali entertainment industry, has joined the cast of TV show ‘Mou Er Bari’. He is playing a cop in the television drama that features Adrija Addy Roy and Abhishek Veer Sharma as the lead pair.

is essaying a senior police officer named Shourya and recently started shooting for ‘Mou Er Bari’.
Meanwhile, it seems the makers are leaving no stone unturned to spice up the entertainment quotient. Right after, the sudden crisis in Rupam-Mou’s life, after his father Subimal falls ill and is rushed to the hospital, the show is set for some high-voltage drama. According to the story, protagonists Mou and her husband Rupam, who have been facing hurdles in their marital life, finally see some ray of hope with Subimal's recovery. But their happiness is short-lived because of a conspiracy. Officer Shourya, who is investigating the recent fire at the factory, thinks it wasn’t an accident. He feels, someone torched the factory and digs deeper to unveil the truth. During the investigation, he seeks Mou’s help. It seems, his presence is likely to cause some trouble in Rupam-Mou’s marital life.
