Actor Rubel Das enjoys a working birthday

Bengali actor Rubel Das has turned a year older today (September 5). Celebration started since last night. “My family members made a surprise visit yesterday night. A beautiful cake was brought. We all enjoyed yummy food and had a gala time,” said the birthday boy.
Wishes started pouring in right at the midnight. Dancer-turned-actor Rubel, who enjoys a huge fan base, is flooded with birthday wishes.His friends, co-stars, industry peers and fans have wished the birthday boy.
The actor is having a working birthday. Like a thorough professional, Rubel is attending the shoot of his television show ‘Jamuna Dhaki’. He said, “I have already reached the shooting set. Having a shoot on someone’s birthday is the biggest for an actor and I feel the same way. I am really happy,” said the actor.
The recently launched show ‘Jamuna Dhaki’ stars Sweta Bhattacharya opposite Rubel. The TV show narrates the journey of a female dhaaki. Sweta and Rubel look good as a reel pair and have already stolen viewers’ hearts. The show started scoring quite well right after its launch. It can be noticed among the top 5 shows on the TRP charts giving a tough competition to other daily soaps. Rubel is enjoying playing Sangeet’s character. He said, “I am thoroughly enjoying the character. I am blessed to have a very supportive team and co-actors.”
