, who was rushed to the hospital on Thursday, is still under medical supervision. One of his close relatives told ETimes TV, “Gourab is still under medical supervision. Doctors suggested that he be in the hospital for the next 5-6 days. His face is still swollen and he can’t speak properly. Gourab is administered with saline drip. Yesterday,

was done and we are awaiting the reports.” Incidentally, today, is his birthday.
The actor had a boil on his forehead which might have caused an infection, doctors suspect. One side of his face was swollen and he was rushed to a nearby hospital in South Kolkata on Wednesday. The actor was also suffering from a pain in his arm and was already under treatment.
“Gourab wasn’t well and has been continuing to shoot which might have aggravated it. On Wednesday, his condition deteriorated rapidly and we were very much worried,” Gourab’s relative says.
His fans and co-stars have been wishing for his speedy recovery. The actor is playing the lead in ‘Ogo Nirupama’, which stars Arkoja Acharya opposite him.
He is a popular face of Bengali entertainment industry and has been a part of many television shows. ‘Tomay Amay Mile’, ‘
