Actor Dibyojyoti Dutta continues shooting for ‘Anurager Chhowa’ despite leg injury

Actor Dibyojyoti Dutta, who is currently playing the male lead in Bengali TV’s one of the most favourite daily soaps ‘Anurager Chhowa’, is a true professional. The actor suffered a leg injury but that didn’t stop him from shooting. He has been working with his fractured leg.
The incident took place in his dance class after he jumped and slipped while landing the floor while practicing a routine.His leg got badly injured. In a pain-stricken situation, he was rushed to the hospital and the x-ray report suggested a fracture. Doctors suggested him for a complete rest till recovery. But the actor didn’t want to make his team suffer. Like a through professional, he has been shooting with a plaster on his leg. Meanwhile, ‘Anurager Chhowa’ family is also making sure that Dr. Surya (the character Dibyojyoti is playing) has all sorts of facility on floor and doesn’t have to suffer any additional problem.
Speaking about Dibyojyoti’s career, he became a household name playing the male lead in ‘Joyee’. In his next two shows ‘Chuni Panna’, which now has a Hindi remake (titled Meri Saas Bhoot Hai) too, followed by ‘Desher Maati’, he had managed to leave a mark. Dibyojyoti’s current show ‘Anurager Chhowa’ is a smash hit. The daily soap starring Swastika Ghosh and him as the lead pair, turns out to be Bengali TV’s current favourite. It has been dominating the TRP charts for a long time now.
