Austrian cuisine from quality ingredients

Word to the wise: Children are allowed inside, but dogs are not, so leave your four-legged family members at home. Also have some cash handy, as the resturant does not accept any cards.

The name Schöne Perle (beautiful pearl) comes from the previous tenant, a Chinese restaurant. This eatery, famed for its fresh and local ingredients, serves up quality meals and desserts, both Austrian and international, at fair prices.

The interior has a bit of a ‘cafeteria’ feel to it, but fans of the restaurant don’t seem to mind, as long as they get a chance to dig into the fantastic schnitzel, or the susi-cake (ideal for chocolate lovers). Schöne Perle also has a decent vegetarian selection, for those of you who aren’t enraptured with Austria’s heavy meat dishes.
