An erstwhile 1927 haveli, the Hotel Ganges view still retains its period charm with old wooden furniture, paintings, weathered photographs and archaic mementos, drawing you into the history of Varanasi. The hotel lies at the far end of the Assi Ghat, which is more spacious than the others and is also well-connected by a road. The terrace is the best spot of the hotel, from where one can see the evening aarti and enjoy the soft breeze.
