Fully vaccinated travellers can fly from UAE to India without RT-PCR
Before this, only those passengers who held vaccination certificates issued in India, were exempted from the mandatory pre-travel PCR test.
Another development taking place simultaneously is the increase in the fare from Mangaluru to Dubai. With UAE’s summer break just round the corner, it was noted that the fare is double the normal now. A number of reasons have led to this hike in airfare, the most glaring one being the hike in aviation fuel prices. Still, airlines are seeing near full capacity flights. Respite from the fare hike is nowhere in the immediate future.

Generally, school summer break is from mid-April to mid June. But, depending on the state boards, the dates may vary. - Is India open to international travellers?
Yes. India is now open to international travellers. However, check India Covid-19 travel guidelines beforehand. As per the new regulations, there are 108 countries whose vaccination schedule completion certificate is recognised by India. You can visit the Ministry of Aviation website for more information. - Is it okay to visit during summer?
Summer can be extreme in central India and parts of southern India. But there are a number of hill stations in India where the temperature remains pleasant even during summer.
