World Nomad Fashion 2021 Kyrgyzstan—the hub of tribal fashion from across the world

Kyrgyzstan witnessed a fascinating fashion show, called the World Nomad Fashion Festival, where models displayed the beauty of tribal fashion. The show was held at Cholpon-Ata, which is a resort town on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, about 207 km away from Kyrgyzstan’s Bishkek.
While we are all quite aware of mainstream fashion festivals around the world, such as Paris or Milan, here is something that should interest most people, even if they are not fashion enthusiasts. The fact that you get to see nomad culture designs, aesthetics, and more, is quite fascinating in itself.

The international festival saw collections by designers of more than 20 countries. You had designers from Russia, India, France, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Bashkortostan, and more. It was truly a melting pot of various cultures, coming together to celebrate diversity.
A great learning opportunity, the festival takes little known cultures and celebrates them. Bringing them to the forefront, and assimilating them to the mainstream culture.

The backdrop for this festival couldn't have been any better. The resort town of Cholpon-Ata is a beautiful destination that gives you an opportunity to understand this part of the world. Cholpon-Ata had also hosted the first three World Nomad Games, so it is quite an exciting destination with a lot to offer to foreign tourists.
