Moreover, it is also reported that those arriving from other places, but have been in the said countries, within the last 14 days, will be required to provide a negative PCR test, which is not older than 72 hours prior to boarding the flight, and will also be required to undergo quarantine for 14 days.
However, those arriving from the United Kingdom, Egypt, Iran, and Singapore will be required to produce a negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours prior to arrival, the Ministry stated.
Reports also have it that anyone arriving from countries other than the aforementioned ones, who is able to show proof that they received a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 14 days, or that they have recently recovered from COVID-19, will not be required to undergo quarantine or provide test results.
Further, proof of a negative COVID-19 test result conducted not before 72 hours prior to arriving in Turkey, or a negative rapid antigen test conducted within a maximum of 48 hours after their arrival will work for those who are unable to provide other documentation.
