Pre-election, Trump used to be dressed in a black suit with a red tie as a US President, thus his statue too had the same attire. But now that he has lost the US election, his statue is now changed and he can be seen in a purple golfing attire.
When Joe Biden, a Democrat, was announced the winner of the US election 2020, Donald Trump was photographed playing golf in Virginia. He was dressed in his white MAGA (Make America Great Again) attire. According to people, it was his stress-relieving therapy.
Evidently, Madame Tussauds took his attire quite seriously. The museum changed his signature attire to a garnish golfer one.
The firm took to Twitter and tweeted, “His campaign may not have been a hole in one, but @realDonaldTrump is now on course to dedicate more of his time to his favourite sport as #MadameTussaudsLondon re-dresses his figure in golfing attire to reflect his potential 2021 wardrobe Camera @PA”
The statue of Trump in the museum can be seen in a long-sleeved purple shirt and checked golfing trousers with a red cap. He is wearing the same attire he wore on the day of results. The statue is placed next to a bag of golf clubs that reads, “Trump 2020 Keep America Great!”His campaign may not have been a hole in one, but @realDonaldTrump is now on course to dedicate more of his time to his favourite sport as #MadameTussaudsLondon re-dresses his figure in golfing attire to reflect his potential 2021 wardrobe 📷 @PA pic.twitter.com/pGUs8jKOnW
