“A city of contrasts, Hyderabad exudes an old-world charm of its own with the Old City (Charminar side), Hitech City (Cyberabad) and the other areas lying between the old and the new,” read the survey.
Apparently, this is not the first time for Hyderabad to receive such an honour. The city was also selected as the World’s Most Dynamic City in the JLL City Momentum Index 2020.
The survey further said, “Hyderabad is fast turning into the New York city of South India” and that it is really a great place to visit in Telangana. It also states that the capital city and the largest city of Telangana, is known for its old mosques and vibrant bazaars that are lined alongside the latest modern office buildings and malls.
“It is these very contrasts these glimpses into the city’s rich past with inherent promises of an even better future that make Hyderabad a city worth visiting. Hyderabad pulsates with a spectacular mix of people and traditions.” said the survey.
As per the survey, the time between September and March is considered best to visit Hyderabad. The city has a number of interesting places to visit that will take you deep down in history. There’s the iconic Charminar and the ancient Golconda Fort for history lovers, while the dreamy Ramoji Film City is perfect for those looking for some entertainment in the city.
