The museum has three divisions:
The room number one is known as Goa-The Land, where visitors can explore Goa's important attractions through an interactive 3D map. The Discover Goa console allows people to check out the state’s lesser-known facts. There’s also a unique Story Vending Machine that tells tales from the past in the form of short stories.
The room number two is called Goa-The Struggle, where visitors can get more information about Goa's freedom. The Time Machine game here offers in-depth detail about important dates and events in history. With the Freedom Fighters Wall, visitors can witness the tales of those who led Goa to freedom. The Message In A Bottle allows people to know their thoughts more intimately.

The last room number three is Goa-The People, where there’s a kiosk Once Upon A Time. Here visitors can explore prehistoric findings of Goa. Then there’s another kiosk Goa 2035 which allows people to understand Goa's cultural vision via holographic installation.
