The Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden in Srinagar will be open to visitors from March 24 to the end of April. Also, the tulip garden will host the annual Tulip Festival from April 3 to 20. The tulip blooms don't last very long. Usually they will be around till the end of April. The garden stays open to the public only during this blooming period. Visitors can visit the Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden from 8am till 7pm. For adults, the entry fee is INR 60 per person, and INR 25 per child.
