The new Gulmarg Army Museum, designed and built by the Dagger Division and its Himalayan Brigade, was opened in the presence of senior military and civil dignitaries.
This state-of-the-art facility honors the bravery, sacrifice, and enduring spirit of the Indian Armed Forces. It offers exhibits on the Army’s contributions during wartime, its role in national development, and the vibrant cultural heritage of Jammu & Kashmir.
Col VN Thapar (Rtd) remarked to ANI, "This museum is more than just a building or a tourist attraction; it stands as a tribute to those who sacrificed their lives in various wars fought by the country."
