The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) issued a notification in this regard, stating that it has tied up with Skyline India (Motors) Pvt Ltd for operation of the bus. The notification further stated that the latest COVID-19 protocols/guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) will be strictly followed in all conditions.
- All passengers should mandatorily carry their COVID vaccination certificate.
- Also, they should be able to provide a negative RT-PCR test report that has been taken within 72 hours of starting their journey.
- Those who fail to provide the said documents, they will not be allowed to board the bus.
Here are all details regarding the bus schedule
- As per the updates, the bus will depart from Delhi to Kathmandu on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- The return bus from Kathmandu will leave on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- Reports have it that the bus will halt at Sonauli (India-Nepal border) for customs checking.
- Those travelling between Delhi and Kathmandu, will not be allowed to board or board enroute except at the scheduled halts.
- Also, note that the bus service between Delhi and Kathmandu will halt at places such as Firozabad, Faizabad in Uttar Pradesh, and Mugling (Nepal).
