Meanwhile, the tribal Lahaul and Spiti’s Keylong stayed to be the coldest place in Himachalat minus 1.3 degrees Celsius December 8, Manmohan Singh, Shimla MeT centre director, was reported as saying. On the other hand, Kinnaur’s Kalpa continued to shiver at 3.5 degrees Celsius. Manali, Kufri and Dalhousie recorded a minimum temperature of 4.8, 6.7 and 8.6 degrees Celsius, respectively. Like Dalhousie, Shimla also recorded a minimum temperature of 8.6 degrees Celsius. Only Una remained the warmest part of the state at 27.2 degrees Celsius.
